Cravens Coffee
Since 1993, Cravens Coffee has been a trusted name in the Pacific Northwest’s coffee culture. Known for their deep relationships with growers and commitment to quality, they’ve built a loyal following in Spokane and beyond.
Cravens came to us to refresh their brand identity, design new packaging, and create a new retail point of sale system. They aim to appeal to a growing audience of coffee lovers who appreciate their quality and craft.

The challenge was to modernize a well-established legacy brand without losing the trust and authenticity it has carried for more than three decades. Our task was to preserve their values while elevating the brand’s retail impact and storytelling.
We developed illustrations that intentionally honor and highlight the farmers, plants, and environments where Cravens’ beans are grown, visually reinforcing the brand’s deep respect for its global partners. At the same time, we refined the overall branding and logos that connect to Cravens’ roots while giving the system a more modern, cohesive presence.
To support clarity at shelf, we also redesigned the packaging structure to make blends, single origins, organics, and seasonal offerings easy to navigate while clearly presenting roast, origin, and flavor details. The packaging is now also a part of our appealing re-design of their existing in-store fixturing.

The refreshed packaging gives Cravens Coffee a modern, sophisticated look that remains true to the authenticity and relationships at the heart of the brand. Every detail—from the illustrations to the branding—serves as a storytelling tool, connecting customers to the journey “From Farmer to Roaster to You”.
The new system strengthens Cravens’ retail presence and positions the brand for continued growth while honoring the legacy they’ve built.
